教育强国背景下中等职业教育功能转型和实践路径

摘  要:中等职业教育在我国职业教育体系建设中发挥着基础性作用,是为国家产业建设培养技术技能人才的奠基性工程,是实现教育强国建设不可或缺的环节。中等职业教育高质量发展,对奠定职业教育纵向贯通体系基础、实现人才多样化成长、服务区域经济发展有重要意义。当前,中等职业教育面临着外部环境剧烈变化和自身内涵急需提升的双重挑战,需要从人才培养、普职融通、服务面向和市场发展的角度出发,及时调整更新自身功能定位,积极求变,主动作为,融入高质量教育体系建设。实现中职功能和定位的成功转型,需要从多方面入手。一是明确不同中等职业学校培养功能定位;二是完善职教高考制度,畅通技能人才成长渠道;三是优化中职专业设置,提升课程建设内涵;四是统筹职业学校教育资源,发展终身教育体系。Secondary vocational education plays a foundational role in China’s vocational education system,serving as a cornerstone for cultivating skilled technical talents and an indispensable component in building a powerful country in education.High-quality development of secondary vocational education has great significance in establishing a vertically integrated vocational education system,enabling the diversified growth of talents,and supporting the regional economic development.Currently,secondary vocational education faces the dual challenges,one is the rapid change of the external environment,and the other is the urgent need of internal improvement.It is necessary to update its functional orientation in time from the following aspects:talent cultivation,integration of general and vocational education,service orientation,and market development,and actively seek the changes and take the initiative for better integrating into the high-quality education system.The successful transformation of the function and orientation in secondary vocational education requires multiple approaches:clarifying the training function of different secondary vocational schools;improving the the college entrance system for vocational education so as to provide the smooth channel for skilled talents;optimizing the major setup of the secondary vocational education and improving the curriculum quality;coordinating the resources for the vocational schools and developing lifelong educational system.
