大中小学思政课一体化视域下集体主义教育的目标层次及实践理路

摘　　要：集体主义教育作为大中小学思政课的重要内容,是新时代培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的重大命题。遵循思想政治工作规律和新时代学生成长发展规律,大中小学思政课一体化视域下集体主义教育的目标层次为:小学阶段,启蒙集体意识,有集体荣誉感和责任意识;初中阶段,全面认识个人与社会关系,有责任感和集体主义精神;高中阶段,形成集体主义价值观,增强政治认同和勇担社会责任;大学阶段,筑牢共同理想,增强使命担当和坚定强国之志。实践理路方面,把握青少年集体主义教育在课堂教学、文化熏陶、日常生活和社会实践四个关键环节,统筹构建学习集体、集体文化、集体规范、集体实践的集体主义教育一体化实践体系。Collectivism education,as an important part of ideological and political courses in universities,secondary schools,and primary schools,is a major proposition for cultivating students in the New Era who are responsible for national rejuvenation.Following the law of ideological and political work and the law of students'growth and development in the New Era,the goals of collectivism education from the perspective of the integration of ideological and political courses from primary schools to universities include:Enlightening collective consciousness,collective sense of honor and sense of responsibility in the primary school stage;cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between individuals and society,a sense of responsibility and collectivism spirit in the junior high school stage;forming collectivist values,and enhancing political identity and social responsibility in the senior high school stage;and building a common ideal,enhancing the mission,and strengthening the ambition of a strong country in the university stage.In terms of practical logic,we should grasp the four key stages of youth collectivism education in classroom teaching,cultural edification,daily life,and social practice,and coordinate the construction of an integrated practice system of collectivism education for learning collective,collective culture,collective norms,and collective practice.
