摘  要:为响应《人工智能战略2019》的人才培养目标,形成高素质、多元化的专业师资队伍,满足社会人再教育的需求,适应高等教育管理模式的转变,日本文部科学省于2019年开启了可持续产学联合人才培养体系建设项目。通过开发实务家教师培训项目、建立实务家教师认证和更新制度、委托中介机构提供雇佣供需对接匹配服务、建立制度化的职教师资质量提升激励与保障机制等举措,逐渐形成了一套完善的职教师资培养体系。In respond to the talents cultivating goal of Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2019,to form a high-quality and diversified profes-sional faculty,to meet the expanding demand for re-education of people in society,and to adapt to the shift in the management model of higher education,the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology(MEXT)of Japan opened a project to build a sustain-able industry-academia joint talents cultivating system in 2019.Through the development of practitioner teacher cultivating programs,the establishment of a practitioner teacher certification and renewal system,the entrustment of intermediary agencies to provide employment supply and demand matching services,and the establishment of an institutionalized incentive and guarantee mechanism for improving the quality of vocational education teachers,a comprehensive vocational education teacher training system has been gradually formed.
