摘　　要：随着社会对高层次应用型人才需求增长,地方应用应高校专业学位硕士研究生导师指导工作面临诸多现实困境,优化导师指导流程成为提升研究生培养质效的关键。首先分析了当前地方应用型高校在导师指导过程中存在的问题,如指导体系不完整、指导方式单一、指导力度不够等,结合SOP(Standard Operating Procedure,标准作业流程)理念,提出了构建具体化、标准化、系统化的导师指导流程框架,包括明确指导目标、细化指导内容、设定指导时间表、建立反馈与评估机制等具体措施。通过在某地方应用型高校的实证研究与案例分析,验证了这些优化策略在提高地方应用型高校专业学位硕士研究生科研能力、实践能力等方面的有效性。本文不仅丰富了专业学位硕士研究生培养的理论研究,也为其他同类高校提供了可借鉴的实践路径。With the increasing demand for high-level applied talents in society,the guidance work of postgraduate tutors of professional degrees in local application-oriented universities faces many practi-cal dilemmas.Optimizing the tutor guidance process has become the key to improving the quality and efficiency of postgraduate cultivation.This article first analyzes the existing problems in the tutor guid-ance process of current local application-oriented universities,such as an incomplete guidance sys-tem,a single guidance method,and insufficient guidance intensity.By integrating the concept of SOP(Standard Operating Procedure),it proposes to construct a specific,standardized,and systematic framework for the tutor guidance process,including specific measures such as clarifying guidance ob-jectives,refining guidance content,setting a guidance schedule,and establishing a feedback and eval-uation mechanism.Through empirical research and case analysis in a local application-oriented uni-versity,the effectiveness of these optimization strategies in improving the scientific research ability,practical ability,etc.of postgraduate students of professional degrees in local application-oriented uni-versities has been verified.This article not only enriches the theoretical research on the cultivation of postgraduate students of professional degrees but also provides a practical path that can be referenced by other similar universities.
