摘  要:科教融汇是推动职业教育抓住时代机遇、赢得主动地位、实现质态跃升的关键举措。职业教育科教融汇作为教育理念的高级形态,对职业院校教师能力发展提出了新的要求与期待。实践语境下,职业教育科教融汇与教师发展双向赋能进程中形成自我赋能、他者赋能、赋能他者的逻辑闭环,但二者仍面临科研理念与实践能力“理实错配”、课程建设与教师体系“供需失衡”、科学研究与教育教学“价值错位”等实践阻力。基于此,构建一套基于知、情、意、行四维度的系统发展框架,通过精神贯通、知识建构、实践主导和情意塑造等进一步提升职业院校教师的能力,为其在科教融汇中实现“真融”“实汇”提供落地方案。The integration of science and education is a key measure to promote vocational education to seize the opportunity of the times,win the initiative position and realize qualitative leap.As an advanced form of education concept,the integration of science and education in vocational education puts forward new requirements and expectations for the development of teachers’ability in vocational colleges.In the context of practice,the logical closed loop of self-empowerment,and empowerment of others is formed in the process of the integration of science and education in vocational education and the two-way empowerment of teachers’development,but the two still face practical resistance,such as the“mismatch”between scientific research concepts and practical abilities,the“imbalance”between supply and demand in curriculum construction and teacher system,and the value mismatch between scientific research and education.Based on this,a set of systematic development framework on the basis of the four dimensions of knowledge,emotion,intention and action is constructed,and the ability of teachers in vocational colleges is further improved through the spirit of coherence,knowledge construction,practice leading and the shaping of emotion,so as to provide a landing scheme for them to realize the“real integration”and“real convergence”in the integration of science and education.
