摘 要:动态分层教学法是一种基于现代教育理论构建的创新教学模式。相较于传统体育教学模式,它突破了单一强调体育技能训练的局限性。该模式不仅注重体育技能的培养,还充分考虑了学生的基础水平、学习兴趣及发展需求等多个维度,展现出了显著优势。该文首先分析了动态分层教学法的基本概念及理论依据,其次探讨了动态分层教学法在游泳课程中的运用价值、原则及策略,以期有效改善我国高校游泳教学的现状,为各大高校游泳教师更好地开展游泳教学工作提供一定的理论参考。Dynamic layered teaching method is an innovative teaching mode constructed based on modern educational theory.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,it breaks through the limitation of emphasizing only the training of sports skills.This mode not only focuses on the cultivation of sports skills,but also fully considers multiple dimensions such as students'basic level,learning interest,and development needs,thus demonstrating significant advantages compared to traditional models.This paper first analyzes the basic concept and theoretical basis of dynamic layered teaching method,and then explores its application value,principles,and strategies of dynamic layered teaching method in swimming courses,in order to effectively improve the current situation of swimming teaching in Chinese universities and provide a certain theoretical reference for swimming teachers in various universities to better carry out their swimming teaching work.
