摘  要:随着新时代发展,高职院校劳动教育被赋予了新的时代内涵,新时代高职院校加强劳动教育有助于形成“五育并举”教育体系,实现教育与劳动的有机结合,有利于培养“干一行爱一行”的技术型人才,增强学生的职业认同感。然而新时代高职院校劳动教育长期存在认知不足、师资匮乏、形式传统以及评价单一的现实困境,该文基于以上问题提出了“两阵地、三关键、四路径”的创新劳动教育模式,以期为高职院校劳动教育的高质量发展提供借鉴经验。With the development of the new era,labor education in higher vocational colleges has been endowed with the connotation of the new era.Strengthening labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era is conducive to the formation of the“five educations simultaneously”education system,the realization of the combi-nation of education and labor,the cultivation of technical talents,and the enhancement of students’professional identity.However,there are long-standing realistic dilemmas of insufficient cognition,lack of teachers,traditional forms,and single evaluation in the labor education of higher vocational colleges in the new era.Based on the above questions,a“two-site,three-key,four-path”innovative labor education model was proposed to provide ref-erence for the high-quality development of labor education in higher vocational colleges.
