摘  要:本研究针对我国高职院校“双师型”教师培训模式进行深入探讨。文章通过对当前高职院校“双师型”教师培训现状的分析,指出其存在培训体系不完善、内容与需求脱节、方式单一、校企合作不足等问题,在此基础上提出“产教研一体、校企所共栖”的新模式,并阐述其内涵、特点与具体构建策略。研究认为,为提升培训效果,需完善体系、丰富内容、创新方式、深化合作,并建立激励机制。本研究旨在为“双师型”教师培训模式改革提供理论支撑与实践指导。Based on the analysis of the current situation of "double-qualified" teacher training in higher vocational colleges,it points out that there are some problems,such as imperfect training system,disconnection between content and demand,single mode and insufficient cooperation between school and enterprise.This paper puts forward a new model of "integration of production,teaching and research,co-habitation of schools and enterprises",and expounds its connotation,characteristics and implementation strategies.According to the research,to improve the training effect,it is necessary to improve the system,enrich the content,innovate the way,deepen the cooperation and establish the incentive mechanism.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of "double-qualified" teacher training.
