摘 要:当前,在部分高校师范生教学能力培养中存在着教学能力培养程序化、教师角色体验感较差、缺乏系统化的学科知识和个性化技能训练等诸多问题,而虚拟仿真技术的应用有助于解决师范生教学能力培养中的痛点问题。基于此,文章提出了基于虚拟仿真技术的高校师范生教学能力培养策略,具体包括加强教师团队建设、优化教育资源、改革培养模式和实施多元评价,以期有效提高高校师范生教学能力。At present,there are many problems in the cultivation of teaching ability among some normal university students,such as the proceduralization of teaching ability cultivation,poor teacher role experience,lack of systematic subject knowledge and personalized skill training,etc.The application of virtual simulation technology can help solve the pain points in the cultivation of teaching ability among normal university students.Based on this,the article proposes a teaching ability cultivation strategy for university normal students based on virtual simulation technology,which includes strengthening teacher team building,optimizing educational resources,reforming training models,and implementing diversified evaluations,in order to effectively improve the teaching ability of university normal students.
