知识管理能力、创造力倾向和组织创新氛围对幼儿园教师创新教学表现的影响研究

摘　　要：为探析知识管理能力、创造力倾向和组织创新氛围对幼儿园教师创新教学表现的影响,本研究对来自1219名幼儿园教师的调查数据进行结构方程模型分析。结果发现:幼儿园教师的知识管理能力、创造力倾向、创新教学表现和幼儿园组织创新氛围的平均表现均良好;控制教龄变量后,知识管理能力、创造力倾向和组织创新氛围显著正向影响幼儿园教师的创新教学表现,能解释创新教学表现方差变异量的62%,其中知识管理能力的影响最大。基于研究结果,本研究提出思考与研究展望。To explore the impact of knowledge management capabilities,creativity tendencies,and organizational innovation atmosphere on innovative teaching performance of kindergarten teachers,this study conducted structural equation modeling analysis on survey data from 1219 kindergarten teachers.The results revealed that kindergarten teachers displayed good average levels of knowledge management capabil让ies,creativity tendencies,innovative teaching performance,and organizational innovation atmosphere in kindergartens.After controlling for teaching experience variables,knowledge management capabilities,creativity tendencies,and organizational innovation atmosphere significantly and positively influenced kindergarten teachers'innovative teaching performance,explaining 62% of the variance in innovative teaching performance,with knowledge management capabilities having the greatest impact.Based on the research findings,this study proposes reflections and research prospects.
