摘  要:坚持立德树人、服务学生德智体美劳全面发展是职业学校人才培养的根本目标。职业教育“五育融合”因应时代要求,具有类型教育的独特内涵。在落实“五育融合”的实践中,应坚持“五育”整体观,不盲目割裂彼此的关联;坚持“五育”协同观,合理分配职业教育资源;坚持“五育”实践观,突出实践育人等价值取向。职业学校“五育融合”的实践探索需要遵循以人为本的育人观、校企合作的连通性、勇于创新的实践性和与时俱进的时代性等基本原则,通过构建“五育融合”育人模式、开发“五育融合”课程体系、创新“五育融合”教学方法等方式探究“五育融合”发展路径,并从健全学校管理机制、培训师资队伍、实施评价改革等方面为“五育融合”发展提供保障。Adhering to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and serving the all-round development of students in terms of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor is the fundamental goal of talent cultivation in vocational schools.The“integration of the five educations”in vocational education meets the requirements of the times and has the unique connotation of a type of education.In implementing the development of the"integration of the five educations",we should adhere to the holistic view of the“five educations”,and not blindly separate their interrelationships;adhere to the collaborative view of the“five educations”,and reasonably allocate vocational education resources;adhere to the practical view of the“five educations”,and highlight the value orientation of educating people through practice.The practical exploration of the“integration of the five educations”in vocational schools needs to follow the basic principles such as the education concept of putting people first,the connectivity of school-enterprise cooperation,the practicality of being brave in innovation and the timeliness of keeping pace with the times.It is necessary to explore the development path of the“integration of the five educations”by constructing the education mode,developing the curriculum system,and innovating the teaching methods,and provide guarantees for the development of the“integration of the five educations”from aspects such as improving the school management mechanism,training the teaching staff,and implementing the evaluation reform.
