摘　　要：社区教育已经成为建设学习型社会的必由之路,为未来教育资源配置提供了优化渠道,也为促进襄阳区域发展提供了助力,襄阳市社区教育发展至今仍存在社区教育资源分散、结构失衡、经费捉襟见肘等问题。文章将分析上述问题,结合襄阳实际,从政府与学校、社会与社区、终身学习与学习者的维度,提出双向奔赴路径,共同推进襄阳市社区教育高质量发展。Community education has become the only way to build a learning society,which provides an optimized channel for the future allocation of educational resources,and also provides a boost for promoting the development of Xiangyang metropolis circle and other regions.However,the development of community education still has some problems,such as decentralization of community education resources,structural imbalance,and shortage of funds.This paper will analyze the above problems,combine with the reality of Xiangyang,from the dimensions of the government and schools,society and community,lifelong learning and learners,put forward a two-way path to jointly promote the development of community education.
