BOPPPS教学模式在病理学实验教学中的实践研究

摘  要:作为基础医学与临床实践的桥梁,病理学在临床医师的学习生涯中发挥着关键性作用;病理教学模式也需要在新的时代背景下与时俱进,因此,非常有必要探讨新的教学模式是否适合用于病理教学。为实践BOPPPS教学模式的有效性与科学性,该研究选择中南大学湘雅基础医学院2022级五年制临床医学专业的2个随机实验课班级的学生作为研究对象,各32位同学;实验组采用BOPPPS教学模式开展实验课教学,对照组采用传统教学模式开展实验课教学;同时,2个班级的实验课授课教师为同一人。实验课教学结束后,这2个班级与同年级的其他班级共同参与学校开展的统一考核,结果发现,实验组与对照组相比,BOPPPS教学模式直接将实验课课程的平均分提高7.6分,且具有统计学意义。这说明,BOPPPS教学模式具有一定的教学优势,可以改善病理学实验课的教学质量;同时,该研究也在病理学实验课的改革探索中发挥一定的作用。As a bridge between basic medicine and clinical practice,Pathology plays a key role in the learning career of clinicians;the Pathology teaching mode also needs to keep pace with the times in the context of the new era,so it is very necessary for us to explore the relatively novel BOPPPS teaching mode.In order to practice the effectiveness and scientificity of BOPPPS teaching mode.In this study,two random experimental classes of clinical medicine in the class of 2022 at Xiangya School of Basic Medicine Science of Central South University were selected as the research objects,each with 32 students;the experimental group used the BOPPPS teaching mode to carry out the experimental teaching;the control group used the traditional teaching mode to carry out the experimental teaching;and at the same time,the experimental lecturer of the two classes was the same person.At the end of the experimental class teaching,these two classes and their classes in the same grade participated in the unified test examination;the results found that the experimental group compared with the control group,the BOPPPS teaching mode directly increased the average score of the experimental class course by 7.6 points,and it was statistically significant.This indicates that the BOPPPS teaching mode has certain teaching advantages and can improve the teaching quality of the Pathology laboratory course;at the same time,the study also plays a role in the reform exploration of the Pathology laboratory course.
