摘　　要：“两个大局”和新工科建设引领高等教育变革,对培养具有工程实践能力的创新人才提出高质量要求。实践教学作为人才培养体系的关键环节,需要“与时俱进”和“与实俱进”。通过明确实践教学体系的逻辑起点,分析高校实践教学“实践不实”的现实困境,以“实践赋能”为突破口,从更新“大实践”教育理念、构建融通递进的人才培养模块、建设多元化实践教学平台和推进产教研共同体协同育人等方面进行改革创新,以期促进实践育人质量的全面提升,为发展新质生产力提供高素质复合型创新人才。The two overall situations of China and construction of new engineering have prompted a profound reform of higher education that established higher standards for developing innovative talents with engineering practice ability.As the key link of the talent training system,practical teaching must be also"advance with the times"and"advance with reality".By clarifying the logical starting point of reshaping the practical teaching system,analyzing the practical dilemma of"unrealistic practice"in the practical teaching system of colleges and universities,considering"practice empowerment"as the breakthrough point,the reform and innovation of practical teaching system focus on updating the teaching concept of"big practice",establishing the hierarchical progressive talent training module,constructing the multidimensional practice teaching platform,promoting the collaborative education of industry-education-research community,in order to promote the comprehensive improvement for the quality of practical education while also providing high-quality compound innovative talents for the development of new quality productive forces.
