摘　　要：为探索工程实训高水平人才培养思路,促使工程实训实践教学对接国际工程教育新理念,分析了欧林工程学院的人才培养模式及优势所在,结合学校工程实训实践教学现状,在教学中创建了以项目为驱动的实践教学模式,组建了“三位一体、多元协同”的教师团队,构建了多维度的教学评价体系,助力工程实践教学质量提升。In order to explore the idea of high-level talent training in engineering training,and promote the practical teaching of engineering training to connect with the new concept of international engineering education,through the analysis of the talent training mode and advantages of Olin Institute of Technology,combined with the current situation of engineering training practice teaching in our school,innovative measures such as creating a project-driven practice model,forming a"trinity-multiple collaboration"teacher team,and constructing a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation body in teaching have been created to help improve the quality of engineering practice teaching.
