摘  要:老年教育对于建设学习型社会和终身教育体系具有重要的推动作用。作为开放教育的重要载体,开放大学是发展老年教育的主要阵地,在推进老年教育中应发挥积极的辐射和引导作用。当下,开放大学的老年教育工作仍面临管理体制不完善、资源配置不合理、办学水平不高以及普及程度不足等诸多挑战。为应对这些问题,建议完善老年教育相关政策法规、建立老年教育多元合作机制、加强开放大学创新能力和健全老年教育激励机制、构建全国统一的老年教育平台,推动开放大学老年教育的高质量发展。From the perspective of learning-oriented society,elderly education plays an important role in promoting the construction of learning-oriented society and continuous improvement of a life-long education system.As an important carrier of open education,open university is the main position for elderly education,and plays a radiating and guiding role in the advancement of elderly education.Although having made some achievements in the work on elderly education,open university still faces some challenges,such as imperfect management system,unreasonable allocation of resources,low school-running level and insufficient popularization.In view of these problems,the practical paths are proposed,including improving relevant policies and regulations on elderly education,establishing a pluralistic cooperation mechanism,strengthening the construction of innovation ability and incentive mechanism,and building a unified platform for elderly education nationwide,to provide guidance and reference for the high-quality development of elderly education in open universities.
