摘  要:辅导员是学生世界观、人生观、价值观的引领者和指导者,其工作本质上属于情绪劳动。由于生源、人才培养目标等方面的一些特殊性,高职辅导员在开展工作时常面临职业体验与职业认知不协调、职业倦怠等问题,在实践中,他们往往采取深层表演、表层表演以及真实表达等不同的情绪劳动策略来应对职业发展中的问题。加强制度建设、畅通表达渠道、提高个体认知,有助于提升辅导员深层表演情绪劳动的有效性,从而有效提升高职辅导员的职业认同感和归属感。The counselors in higher vocational institutes are to lead and guide students’views on life,world and values,and their work is essentially a kind of emotional labor.In view that there are remarkable difference between higher vocational institutes and colleges in terms of students’characteristics,talent training goals and teaching methods,there are some problems with the counselors in higher vocational institutes,including mismatching between vocational experience and vocational cognition,professional burnout,and so on.It is conducive to raising effectiveness of the deep acting strategy in their emotional labor to strengthen the system construction,smooth expression channels and deepen individual cognition,so as to enhance their professional identity and sense of belonging in an effective way.
