摘  要:高校劳动教育塑造大学生道德人格蕴含着深刻的理论、价值和实践逻辑。理论逻辑是思想基础,价值逻辑是目标引领,实践逻辑是道德人格发展的促进力量,理论逻辑和价值逻辑统一于实践逻辑。高校劳动教育之于大学生道德人格塑造是以马克思主义劳动观、中华优秀劳动文化和党的劳动教育思想为根本遵循,立足中国特色高等教育发展,解决大学生道德人格困境,适应社会劳动形态新变化所需,从榜样力量、劳动传统、实践平台、育人氛围四方面着手,为培养德才兼备的青年生力军展开路径探索。The shaping of college students’moral character through labor education in universities contains profound theories,values and practical logic.Theoretical logic is the foundation of thought,value logic is the goal guidance and practical logic is the driving force for the development of moral personality.Theoretical logic and value logic are unified in practical logic.The process of shaping it is fundamentally guided by the Marxist labor concept,excellent Chinese labor culture and the Party’s labor education ideology.Based on the development of higher education with Chinese characteristics,solving the moral personality dilemma of college students and adapting to the new changes in social labor forms,it starts from four aspects:the power of role models,labor traditions,practical platforms and educational atmosphere,to explore the path of cultivating young talents with both morality and ability.
