摘　　要：在大教师工作格局下开展高校师德师风建设,既是新时代教师管理的必然要求,也是现代大学内部治理的内在需要。高校师德师风建设的内在意蕴是强化党委统一领导,注重统筹协同推进,将新时代师德师风要求贯穿教师管理全过程。在当前大教师工作格局建立的初步阶段,在现代大学内部治理的生态体系更新迭代的背景下,高校教师思想政治和师德师风建设工作,应厘清相关职能部门的职责,加强统筹、聚集合力,建立衔接有力、方向统一的教师管理制度体系,健全相关议事协调制度,建立层次清晰、结构合理、有向心力的工作机制体制,为建设政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛、育人水平高超的高素质教师队伍提供保障。Carrying out the construction of teacher ethics and style in universities under the working pattern of senior teachers is not only an inevitable requirement for teacher management in the new era,but also an inherent need for internal governance in modern universities.The inherent meaning of the construction of teacher ethics and style in universities is to strengthen the unified leadership of the Party committee,focus on coordinated promotion,and integrate the requirements of teacher ethics and style in the new era into the entire process of teacher management.In the initial stage of establishing the current work pattern for university teachers,and in the context of the updating and iteration of the ecological system of modern university internal governance,the construction of ideological,political,and professional ethics and style of university teachers should clarify the responsibilities of relevant functional departments,strengthen overall planning and gathering forces,establish a strong and unified teacher management system,improve relevant deliberation and coordination systems,establish a work mechanism system with clear levels,reasonable structure,and centripetal force,and provide guarantees for the construction of a high-quality teacher team with strong political quality,excellent professional ability,and high level of education.
