摘 要:劳动教育是使学生形成良好劳动意识、责任意识,完成立德树人根本任务,实现五育并举的重要途径,然而劳动育人简化、弱化现象仍存,不利于学生全面发展。高校应依据劳动教育理论课程教学创新的核心要素,从优化教学内容设计、拓展实践教学方式、健全科学评价体系以及营造良好劳动氛围等方面出发,适应国家与社会发展的需要,为国家培养出一批具有劳动精神、创新意识和社会责任感的高素质人才。Labor education is an important way to shape students'good labor consciousness and sense of responsibility,complete the fundamental task of moral education,and realize the concept of"five educations simultaneously".However,the phenomenon of simplifying and weakening labor education still exists,which is not conducive to students'comprehensive development.Colleges and universities should base their teaching innovation on the core elements of labor education theory courses,starting from optimizing teaching content design,expanding practical teaching methods,improving scientific evaluation systems,and creating a good labor atmosphere,to meet the needs of national and social development,and cultivate a group of high-quality talents with labor spirit,innovation consciousness,and social responsibility for the country.
