摘  要:素质教育是中国特色社会主义大学教育的重要内容,也是防范化解现代性道德危机的立足点。中华传统德育思想回应了素质教育的根本问题,是社会主义核心价值观、道德观教育的精神根脉,富含素质教育的理论根基和实践智慧,文化育人和教化机制是中国传统德育智慧的精髓所在。新时代大学素质教育要汲取中国传统德育的智慧,坚持以德为先、德才兼备,重视文化心理认同,并借助文化场景和数智技术提升教育效果。Quality education is the theme of university education under socialism with Chinese characteristics and also serves as the foundation for preventing and resolving modern moral crises.The traditional Chinese moral education philosophy addresses the fundamental issues of quality education,embodying the spiritual roots of socialist core values and moral education.It contains the theoretical foundation and practical wisdom of quality education.Cultural education and enlightenment mechanisms are the essence of traditional Chinese moral education wisdom.In the new era,university quality education should draw on the wisdom of traditional Chinese moral education,adhere to the principle of prioritizing virtue alongside valuing competency,emphasize cultural and psychological identity,and enhance educational outcomes through cultural contexts and digital intelligence technologies.
