摘 要:新世纪以来,教育数字化改革是英国教育改革发展的重要内容,英国将其视为新兴技术发展下国际教育竞争的重要战略选择。在新世纪英国教育数字化改革的发展路径上,英国历届政府从探索教育数字化技术运用、确立教育数字化宏观战略、教育数字化产学研体系建设、推动数字教育终身体系建设、完善教育数字化标准框架建设、拓宽教育数字化改革领域等方面推动教育数字化改革。在英国数字化教育改革的过程中呈现出数字教育战略布局整体化、数字教育领域建设层次化、数字教育内容创新体系化和数字教育标准框架制定规范化等特征。Since the turn of the century,the digitalization of education reform has emerged as a pivotal aspect of educational development in the UK.Viewed as a strategic imperative in the global educational landscape shaped by advancinGtechnologies,this shift has garnered significant attention.TracinGthe evolution of the UK s educational digitalization,successive governments have actively facilitated this change by explorinGthe integration of digital technologies in education,formulatinGa macro strategy for digital education,forginGindustry-university-research partnerships,fosterinGa lifelonGdigital education ecosystem,enhancinGthe standardization framework,and expandinGthe scope of digital educational reforms.This reform process is marked by several distinct features:a comprehensive strategic approach to digital education,a tiered development of digital education domains,systematic innovation in digital educational content,and the standardization of the digital education framework.
