摘  要:作为教师评价的三大类型之一,教师效能评价是扭转不科学教师评价导向、解决教师评价发展困境的重要途径。为了基于我国真实的教育教学情境来建构教师效能评价指标体系,采用扎根理论研究对13位教师进行深入访谈,以充分了解教师评价的核心问题。在此基础上,首先,通过开放式编码共贴出295个现象标签,形成116个初始概念,再进一步抽象化形成为34个初始范畴。其次,通过选择性编码对相关原始材料、标签、概念和范畴的不断比较与分析,并基于“投入-产出”视角提炼了5个具有统领性意义的核心范畴。最后,基于理论性编码初步构建了教师效能评价指标体系,并采用专家咨询和认同度调查对其进行修订和完善,最终确定了教师效能评价指标体系,包含教师专业发展效能、教师学科教学效能、教师班级管理效能和教师育人效能等4个一级指标及其12个二级指标。ed into 34 initial categories.Secondly,continuous comparison and analysis of relevant raw materials,labels,concepts,and categories were conducted through selective encoding,and five core categories with commanding significance were extracted from the perspective of“input-output”.Finally,based on theoretical coding,a preliminary assessment index system for teacher effectiveness was constructed,and it was revised and improved through expert consultation and identification surveys.The final determination of the assessment index system for teacher effectiveness included four primary indicators,including teacher professional development effectiveness,teacher subject teaching effectiveness,teacher class management effectiveness,and teacher educating effectiveness,as well as 12 secondary indicators.
