摘　　要：特殊教育作为我国残障学生的主要教育途径之一,对于残障学生未来的发展与生活具有深远的影响。特殊教师作为特殊教育的主要实施者,他们的教学综合素养直接影响到学生的学习效果。从目前阶段来看,大部分特殊教育教师的入职教育中存在一些不足之处,降低了特殊教育入职教育的有效性,不利于教师开展高质量的教学活动。Special education,as one of the main educational approaches for students with disabilities in our country,has a profound impact on the future development life of students with disabilities.Special teachers,as the main implementers of special education,directly affect the learning outcomes of students with their comprehensive teaching quality.From the stage,there are some shortcomings in the pre-service education of most special education teachers,which reduces the effectiveness of the pre-service education of special education and is not conducive the development of high-quality teaching activities by teachers.
