摘 要:目的:探讨内科教学门诊在优化本科医学教学中的作用。方法:选取40名内科轮转实习医师,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组主要在病房进行轮转实习,试验组除病房轮转实习外,还需完成所在科室每周2次,每次半天的内科教学门诊培训。比较两组学生的入科成绩、内科实习结束后Mini-CEX评估成绩及两组学生对教学效果的评价。结果:两组学生入科成绩无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组Mini-CEX评估成绩和对教学效果的评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内科教学门诊能显著提高内科实习期间的教学效果。Objective:To explore the role of internal medicine teaching clinics in optimizing undergraduate medical education.Methods:A total of 40 internal medicine rotation interns were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group underwent standard ward-based rotations,while the experimental group participated in additional internal medicine teaching clinics twice a week for half a day each session,in addition to ward rotations.The two groups were compared in terms of their initial department entry scores,Mini-CEX evaluation scores at the end of the internal medicine internship,and their feedback on the teaching effectiveness.Results:There was no significant difference in the entry scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the Mini-CEX evaluation scores and teaching effectiveness ratings were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal medicine teaching clinics significantly enhance the effectiveness of clinical teaching during internal medicine internships.
