摘 要:电动静液作动器(EHA)是飞机飞行控制系统的重要部件,控制着飞机升降舵、副翼、方向舵的动作与位置,对实现飞行姿态和飞行轨迹控制具有决定性作用,一旦EHA发生故障,将可能造成重大的安全事故。传统基于故障树的可靠性分析方法难以直观显示系统故障的变化趋势,针对此,以EHA为研究对象,在故障树分析的基础上,运用蒙特卡洛法对其可靠性进行仿真分析,得到可靠度变化曲线,从而识别影响系统可靠性的薄弱环节;并提出提高液压油清洁度和关键元件的可靠度作为进一步改进EHA可靠性的方法,为新型一体化电动静液作动器的研制提供理论支撑,同时对我国未来多电/全电飞机的发展具有重要的理论意义和军事应用价值。Electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA)is an important component of aircraft flight control system,which controls the action and position of the elevators,ailerons and rudder of the aircraft,it plays a decisive role in achieving flight posture and flight trajectory control.Once the EHA fails,it may cause significant safety accidents.The traditional reliability analysis method based on fault tree is difficult to visually display the change trend of system faults.In view of this,taking the EHA as the research object,on the basis of fault tree analysis,the Monte Carlo method was used to simulate and analyze its reliability.The reliability curves was obtained,the weak points influencing the system reliability were found.Improving the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and the reliability of key components was proposed as a method to further improve the reliability of EHA.It provides a theoretical support for the development of a new integrated EHA and has important theoretical significance and military application value for the future development of more electric aircraft and all electric aircraft in China.
