摘　　要：食品添加剂能改善食品的色、香、味,延长食品保质期,还能满足不同人群的饮食需求,在食品行业中应用广泛。随着经济社会的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,公众的食品安全意识也不断增强。近年来食品添加剂引起的食品安全问题已成为焦点问题之一,高校食堂作为学生健康成长的重要保障,规范使用和管理食品添加剂十分关键。本文介绍了食品添加剂在食品安全中的作用及风险,并结合当前高校食堂管理中存在的问题,提出了完善高校食品添加剂管理的思考。Food additives improve the color,aroma,and taste of food,extend its shelf life,and meet diverse dietary needs.They are widely used in the food industry.With rapid economic and social development and the improvement of living standards,food safety awareness has increased.In recent years,food safety issues related to food additives have become a major concern.College canteens play a crucial role in safeguarding students'health,making the standardized use and management of food additives extremely important.This article discusses the role and risks of food additives in food safety and addresses current issues in college canteen management,offering recommendations for the regulation of food additives.
