摘　　要：系统梳理中医文化学科的发展现状及面临的挑战,提出未来发展路径。首先,中医文化学科作为跨学科领域,其研究范式涵盖描述性、解释性和规范性3种类型,涉及中国哲学、科学哲学及社会学等多个学科。然而,现阶段中医文化学科在科研规划、研究深度及团队协作等方面存在显著不足,制约了其学术进展。其次,人才培养面临学术研究与就业导向双重困境,社会对中医文化学科认知不足,课程设置与研究课题衔接不够紧密,导致毕业生就业难度大。为应对这些挑战,建议加强师资队伍建设,统筹规划科研工作,深化基础理论研究,结合各地特殊资源深入挖掘,并强化社会宣传与科普工作,提升中医文化学科的社会影响力与学术价值,从而推动中医文化的传承与创新发展。This study systematically reviews the current development status and challenges faced by the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture and proposes future development pathways.First,as an interdisciplinary field,TCM cultural studies encompass three research paradigms:descriptive,interpretative,and normative,involving multiple disciplines such as Chinese philosophy,philosophy of science,and sociology.However,the discipline currently faces significant shortcomings in research planning,study depth,and team collaboration,limiting its academic progress.Second,talent cultivation is challenged by the dual dilemma of academic research and employment orientation.Public awareness of the discipline remains insufficient,and there is a disconnect between curriculum design and research topics,leading to difficulties in graduate employment.To address these challenges,it is recommended to strengthen faculty development,systematically plan research work,deepen fundamental theoretical studies,explore regional resources,and enhance public outreach and science popularization.These measures will improve the social influence and academic value of TCM cultural studies,thereby promoting its inheritance and innovative development.
