摘 要:目的 探索基于心电向量理论的CBL教学法在中医医师规范化培训心电图教学中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月福州市中医院心血管内科在培中医医师70名,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35人。观察组采用基于心电向量理论的以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,LBL),对照组采用传统以授课为导向的教学法(lecture-based learning, LBL)。两组在培中医医师出科后即进行理论与阅图考核,并进行教学满意度及教学效果问卷调查。结果 理论和阅图考核方面,观察组分别为(80.42±4.50)分和(83.22±4.05)分,对照组分别为(73.20±4.22)分和(75.20±6.02)分,观察组优于对照组;教学满意度及教学效果方面,观察组的评价更高,以上差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 基于心电向量理论的CBL教学法优于传统LBL教学法,显著提高了在培中医医师心电图理论水平,增强了其心电图的解读能力,提升了心电图教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of CBL teaching method based on ECG vector theory in the ECG teaching of standardized training for Traditional Chinese Medicine residents.Methods From September 2022 to September 2023,70 residents of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Cardiology Department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 35 people in each group.The observation group adopted the CBL teaching method based on ECG vector theory,and the control group adopted the traditional LBL teaching method.After leaving the department,the residents conducted the theoretical and ECG reading assessments and a questionnaire survey on teaching satisfaction and teaching effect.Results In the theoretical and ECG reading assessments,the observation group scored(80.42±4.50)and(83.22±4.05)respectively,and the control group scored(73.20±4.22)and(75.20±6.02)respectively.The observation group performed better than the control group.For teaching satisfaction and teaching effectiveness,the observation group received a higher evaluation.The above differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching method based on ECG vector theory is better than the traditional LBL teaching method,which can significantly improve the residents'theoretical level of electrocardiogram,enhance their ability to interpret clinical electrocardiograms,and improve the teaching quality of electrocardiogram.
