摘 要:教育大计,教师为本。党的二十届三中全会明确构建支持全面创新体制机制的首要任务是深化教育综合改革,提出加快建设高质量教育体系需要依托高素质的教师队伍作为人才支持。全国教育大会强调要不断加强和改进新时代学校思想政治教育。在新时代全面落实立德树人根本任务,师范院校思想政治教育工作需要围绕育人目标,提升师范生的教育能力、管理能力和就业能力,充分发挥促进师范生遵守师德规范和涵养教育情怀的价值取向,全面提升师范生培养质量。Teachers are fundamental to the grand plan of education.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee clarified that the primary task in constructing a comprehensive innovation support system is to deepen educational reforms.It proposed that accelerating the development of a high-quality education system hinges on the support of highly qualified teachers.The National Education Conference emphasized the continuous enhancement and improvement of ideological and political education in schools in the new era.As a crucial avenue for teacher training,teacher education is gaining increasing significance.In the new era,to fully fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and nurturing individuals,ideological and political education in teacher training institutions must revolve around educational objectives.This involves enhancing the educational,managerial,and employability skills of teacher trainees,emphasizing the value of adhering to ethical norms and nurturing a passion for education among them,thereby comprehensively elevating the quality of their training.
