摘 要:深化产教融合是推进我国职业教育改革的重要制度设计,其相关工作涉及政府、职业院校、企业等多元主体,各主体开展以自身角色为基础的良好互惠合作是提升高素质技术技能人才培养质量的关键。基于直接互惠视角,厘清各主体角色认知、认同与践行的内在逻辑,通过角色认知生成、角色认同增强与角色践行内化,防范机会主义风险、避免消极互惠、警惕非对称互惠现象的发生;基于间接互惠视角,着力加强产教融合主体的合作凝聚力,通过互惠传递持续扩大产教融合规模、拓宽合作边界,互惠关系将进一步内嵌于有为政府与有效市场的构建逻辑中,进而打造多方共赢的积极互惠新格局;基于强互惠视角,致力充分发挥产教融合各主体的育人功能,通过增强互惠样态适应性,提升育人科学性;通过聚焦互惠情感向心力,促进育人协同性;通过强化互惠声誉约束力,激发育人能动性。Deepening industry-education Integration is an important institutional design for promoting the reform of vocational education in China.Industry-education Integration bears the concerns of the state and the expectations of education,and influences employment,entrepreneurship as well as economic and social development.The related work involves multiple entities such as the government,industries,enterprises and vocational colleges.Deep industry-education Integration is conducive not only to rooting vocational education in the growth of industries and enterprises,but also to enabling industries and enterprises to lawfully share the dividends of technical skills.The key to improving the cultivation quality of high-quality technical and skilled personnel lies in the good and reciprocal cooperation carried out by each entity based on its own role.Based on direct reciprocity and taking the role adjustment of industry-education Integration entities as the starting point of research,clarify the internal logic of role cognition,role identification and role implementation among the government,enterprises and schools.Through the generation of cognition,the enhancement of identification and the internalization of implementation,we need to prevent the occurrence of phenomena that are detrimental to cooperation,such as opportunism,negative reciprocity and asymmetric reciprocity.Based on indirect reciprocity,we need to focus on strengthening the cooperative cohesion among industry-education Integration entities,stimulate their endogenous motivation to actively seek cooperation and ensure the continuity of talent cultivation with downstream indirect reciprocity,and continuously expand the scale of industry-education Integration and broaden the cooperation boundaries through the transmission of reciprocity,so that the reciprocal relationship is embedded in the construction logic of the enabling government and the efficient market,and then create a new pattern of positive reciprocity that achieves a win-win situation for all partie
