摘 要:第七届全国社区共学养老研讨会以“中度老龄化背景下社区共学养老的新发展与挑战”为主题,探讨老龄化背景下老年教育的理论创新与实践路径。会议基于终身学习理念,倡导社区共学养老作为老年学习的核心方式和老年教育的推进载体,强调以学习促进生命成长、赋能社会关系。会议形成共识:社区共学养老不仅是应对人口老龄化的有效策略,更是实现个体生命价值、促进社会和谐的重要载体。未来需通过政策支持、技术创新与社会协同,推动老年教育从“普惠覆盖”迈向“优质均衡”,为建设“老有所学、老有所为”的学习型社会提供理论框架与实践指南。The 7th National Symposium on Community Co-learning for Elderly Care took"New Developments and Challenges of Community Co-learning for Elderly Care under the Background of Moderate Aging"as its theme,and explored the theoretical innovation and practical paths of elderly education in the context of population aging.Based on the concept of lifelong learning,the symposium advocated community co-learning for elderly care as the core mode of elderly learning and the carrier for promoting elderly education,emphasizing how learning promotes life growth and empowers social relations.A consensus was reached at the symposium:Community co-learning for elderly care is not only an effective strategy to deal with population aging,but also an important carrier for realizing the value of individual life and promoting social harmony.In the future,it is necessary to promote elderly education from"universal coverage"to"high-quality balance"through policy support,technological innovation and social collaboration,providing a theoretical framework and practical guidelines for building a learning society where the elderly can"learn and act according to their abilities".
