摘  要:“双师型”教师队伍素质直接影响职业教育发展质量,对高职教师开展职业技能培训是提升“双师型”教师队伍素质的重要举措。以仙桃职业学院180名专任教师为研究对象,深入了解其职业技能培训需求状况,调查发现:高职教师对培训方式的选择偏好度不显著;在培训师资选择上偏好学科领域专家;在参加职业技能授课培训时,希望能有更多本土教师以外的优秀教师授课。为增强高职“双师型”教师培训的适应性,一是根据教师不同情况采取相应的职业技能培训方式;二是根据专家不同类型打造合理的职业技能培训师资团队;三是多措并举保障“双师型”教师职业技能培训的整体效能。The quality of the"dual-qualified"teaching workforce directly impacts the development of vocational education.Conducting vocational skills training for higher vocational teachers is a crucial measure to enhance the competence of this workforce.Taking 180 full-time teachers from Xiantao Vocational College as the research subjects,this study deeply investigates their vocational skills training needs.The survey reveals that(1)teachers show no significant preference for specific training methods,(2)they prefer experts in their academic fields as trainers,and(3)they hope to learn from outstanding instructors beyond local educators during vocational skills training sessions.To improve the adaptability of"dual-qualified"teacher training,the following recommendations are proposed:adopting corresponding vocational skills training methods based on teachers'individual circumstances,building a rational training team by leveraging different types of experts,and implementing multiple measures to ensure the overall effectiveness of vocational skills training for"dual-qualified"teachers.
