“三全育人”理念下情景模拟教学结合BOPPPS教学模式用于外科教学的效果

摘  要:目的探讨“三全育人”理念下情景模拟教学结合BOPPPS教学模式在外科教学中的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月佳木斯大学2022级和2023级临床医学专业94名实习生为研究对象,2022级实习生为对照组(n=43),2023级实习生为观察组(n=51)。对照组采用常规方法教学,观察组在对照组基础上联合“三全育人”理念下情景模拟教学结合BOPPPS教学模式。比较两组理论成绩、实践操作成绩、核心技术。结果观察组理论考核中选择题(94.58±3.51)分、填空题(93.24±3.49)分、简答题(94.38±3.50)分、案例分析(93.26±3.25)分及实践操作中技能操作(95.67±3.56)分、应急处理(95.11±4.34)分,均高于对照组的(88.45±3.22)分、(86.73±3.12)分、(88.41±3.10)分、(86.67±2.95)分、(84.56±2.41)分、(86.35±2.58)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.329,5.512,5.426,6.131,6.224,5.129;P均<0.05)。观察组核心技术得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论“三全育人”理念下情景模拟教学结合BOPPPS教学模式用于外科教学中,有助于提高实习生的理论与实践操作成绩和核心技术水平,提升专业技能掌握度。Objective To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching combined with the BOPPPS teaching model in surgical teaching under the concept of"three all-round education".Methods Form June 2022 to June 2023,ninety-four interns majoring in clinical medicine from the classes of 2022 and 2023 at Jiamusi University were se‐lected as the research objects.The interns from the class of 2022 were the control group(n=43),and the interns from the class of 2023 were the observation group(n=51).The control group was taught using conventional methods,and the observation group combined situational simulation teaching with the BOPPPS teaching model under the concept of"three all-round education"on the basis of the methods used in the control group.The theoretical scores,practical op‐eration scores,and core techniques of the two groups were compared.Results In the theoretical assessment of the ob‐servation group,the scores of multiple-choice questions was 94.58±3.51,fill-in-the-blank questions was 93.24±3.49,short-answer questions was 94.38±3.50,and case analysis was 93.26±3.25,as well as the scores of skill operation was 95.67±3.56 and emergency treatment was 95.11±4.34 in practical operation,which were all higher than 88.45±3.22,86.73±3.12,88.41±3.10,86.67±2.95,84.56±2.41,and 86.35±2.58 of the control group,the differences were statisti cally significant(t=6.329,5.512,5.426,6.131,6.224,5.129;all P<0.05).The scores of core techniques of the observa‐tion group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching combined with the BOPPPS teaching model in surgical teaching under the concept of"three all-round education"is helpful to improve the theoretical and practical operation scores and the level of core techniques of interns,and enhance their mastery of professional skills.
