摘 要:数智时代“现代人”理念陪伴的教师发展是重塑自我和涵养他者的交互,轨迹交织于启始逻辑、发展逻辑与实践逻辑的三维框架,价值蕴含于教师发展与现代人元素深度耦合的时代需求、立足未来社会劳动力需要的人才储备、服务社会价值建构的文化重塑之中。数智时代“现代人”理念陪伴的教师发展应提升教师个人理性,消解技术焦虑实现“现代人”成长;增强教师职业理性,以教育家精神引领教师专业化发展;提高教师社会理性,审思数智技术与社会发展的共生关系。唯有自我塑造“现代人”的特质,方能顺应并引领时代的潮流,成就现代卓越教师,进而造就作为他者的学生蜕变成“现代人”,涵养成现代人才。Teacher development accompanied by the concept of the“modern individual”in the digital intelligence era is an interactive process of reshaping the self and cultivating the other,whose trajectory intertwines within a three-dimensional framework of initiating,progressive,and practical logic.Its value is embedded in the demands of the times for a profound integration of teacher development and modern individual elements,the talent reserves based on the future requirements of the labor force,and the cultural reshaping that underpins social value construction.Teacher development accompanied by the concept of the“modern individual”in the digital intelligence era requires enhancing teachers'personal rationality and addressing technological anxiety to facilitate the growth of“modern individuals”;enhancing their professional rationality and leading the professional development of teachers with the spirit of educators;and enhancing their social rationality as well as reflecting on the symbiotic relationship between digital intelligence technology and social development.Only by cultivating the characteristics of the“modern individual”can teachers align with and lead the trend of the times,thereby becoming outstanding modern teachers,and in turn,fostering students as others to“modern individuals”and develop into modern talents.
