摘 要:目的探讨“5E”教学模式联合翻转课堂在手术室护理实习生带教中的运用。方法选取2019—2020学年和2020—2021学年的手术室护理实习生共计285人作为本次研究对象,其中2019—2020学年146人为对照组,2020—2021学年139人为观察组。对照组为常规传统临床带教,观察组为运用“5E”教学模式融入翻转课堂在实习生的临床带教中。对两组实习生进行理论考核、技能考核及临床观察进行评价分析比较。结果观察组理论考核成绩(P<0.05)、临床思维能力、自学能力、分析解决问题能力及沟通技巧等优于对照组,而技能考核评分与对照组没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论实施“5E”教学模式与翻转课堂相结合的方式,对手术室护理实习生进行指导教学,尽管在技能(包括基础和专科)考核方面未见显著差异,但理论考核成绩却得到了显著提升。此外,实习生在临床思维、自主学习、问题分析解决以及沟通等方面的能力也得到了加强,这符合了教学提升的目标。Objective To explore the use of the"5E"teaching mode and the use of the use of the operation of the intern in the operating room.Methods Selected the 2019-2020 academic year and 2020-2021 school year.The two academic year's operating room nursing intern,a total of 285 people as the object of this research,of which the 146 people in the 2019-2020 year are controlled by the 139th academic year in 2020-2021.The control group is conventional traditional clinical teaching.The observation group is integrated into the flip class in the internship clinical teachings to use the"5E"teaching model.Evaluation and analysis of theoretical assessment,skill assessment and clinical observation of the two groups of interns were conducted.Results The observation group's secondary college and undergraduate groups were better than the control group in theoretical assessment results(P less than 0.05),clinical thinking ability,self-learning ability,analysis of problems and communication skills,etc.,and there were no significant differences from the control group in the skill assessment.Conclusion The uses the"5E"teaching model to combine the classroom to take education in the operating room.Although there is no significant difference in the assessment of skills(foundation and specialist),the theoretical assessment results have been significantly improved,and at the same time show strong clinical thinking ability,Self-learning ability,analysis of problems and communication skills,and in line with teaching improvement requirements.
