摘  要:目的 探讨在中西医结合骨伤学科的临床教学中应用BOPPPS教学模式(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary)联合思维导图的教学效果。方法 选取2023年1―12月在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院骨伤中心实习的中医或中西医临床专业实习生60名,采用整群抽样法分为观察组和对照组,各30名。观察组采用BOPPPS教学模式联合思维导图进行教学,对照组则采用传统教学方法。分析并比较2组的理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩、总成绩以及学生满意度评价。结果 观察组实习生的理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩及总成绩分别为(88.60±5.35)分、(91.47±5.21)分和(180.07±7.71)分,均高于对照组[(83.23±5.40)分、(84.33±5.59)分和(167.57±6.91)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。观察组实习生的各项教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在中西医结合骨伤学科的临床教学中应用BOPPPS教学模式联合思维导图取得了较好的教学效果,能提高实习生的学习成绩,更好地满足其学习需求。Objective To explore the application of the BOPPPS teaching model(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary)combined with mind mapping in the clinical teaching of the discipline of orthopaedic and traumatic injuries in Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods A total of 60 clinical interns majoring in Chinese Medicine or Chinese and Western Medicine who practiced in the Orthopedic Injury Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by cluster sampling method,with 30 in each group.The observation group used BOPPPS teaching model combined with mind mapping,while the control group used traditional teaching method.The scores of theoretical assessment results,practical skills assessment results,total scores and student satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores,practical skills assessment scores and total scores of interns in the observation group were(88.60±5.35)points,(91.47±5.21)points and(180.07±7.71)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(83.23±5.40)points,(84.33±5.59)points and(167.57±6.91)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS teaching model combined with mind mapping in the clinical teaching of the discipline of orthopaedic and traumatic injuries in Chinese and Western Medicine has achieved better teaching effect,which can improve the academic performance of interns and better meet the learning needs of them.
