摘  要:目的 探究融入思政教育的标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在消化内科住培中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1―10月德阳市人民医院消化内科的120名住培医师作为研究对象,按照随机对照原则分为试验组和对照组,各60名。对照组采用传统授课方式教学,试验组采用思政教育融入SP联合CBL教学法进行教学。教学后,对2组的考试成绩及满意度进行综合评价。结果 试验组的理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩、医德医风成绩分别为(88.00±6.88)分、(86.30±6.18)分、(87.90±6.92)分,均高于对照组[(79.85±5.93)分、(77.25±5.43)分、(78.43±6.39)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组的满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在消化内科住培中应用融入思政教育的SP联合CBL教学法的效果显著,可以提高住培医师的理论考核和实践技能考核成绩,能更好地为社会培养更多全面发展的综合型青年人才。Objective To explore the effect of standardized patient(SP)combined with case-based learning(CBL)integrated into ideological and political education in standardized training for residents of gastroenterology department.Methods A total of 120 resident physicians trained in the department of gastroenterology of Deyang People’s Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the experimental group and the control group by the principle of randomized control,with 60 physicians in each groups.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,and the experimental group was taught by SP combined with CBL teaching method integrated with ideological and political education.After the teaching task,the students’test scores and satisfaction were evaluated comprehensively.Results The scores of theoretical examination,practical skills and medical ethics of the experimental group were(88.00±6.88)points,(86.30±6.18)points and(87.90±6.92)points,were higher than those of the control group[(79.85±5.93)points,(77.25±5.43)points and(78.43±6.39)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SP combined with CBL teaching method integrated into ideological and political education in standardized training for residents of gastroenterology department has remarkable effects,which can improve the performance of the theoretical assessment and practical skills assessment of the residential training doctors,and can better train more comprehensive young talents for the society.
