摘 要:目的探究案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在骨科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年6月―2023年5月在河北大学附属医院骨科实习的132名医学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各66名。对照组采用以授课为主的传统教学法,试验组采用CBL联合PBL教学法进行教学。比较2组学生的综合考核成绩,通过自制问卷调查了解学生对CBL联合PBL教学法的教学满意度。结果2组学生的专业理论知识考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组的临床操作技能、病例分析能力、病例书写能力和英语应用能力的考核成绩均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。问卷调查结果提示,超过90.91%(60/66)的学生认为CBL联合PBL教学法可以辅助理论知识理解、提高问题分析能力、培养学生的主观能动性、增强团队协作能力、提高临床操作能力,并支持CBL联合PBL教学法的使用。结论在骨科临床教学中运用CBL联合PBL教学法教学,能够提高学生的学习效果,培养其临床综合实践能力。Objective To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods A total of 132 medical students who interned in the orthopedic department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 66 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching method mainly based on lectures,while the experimental group adopted CBL combined with PBL teaching method.The comprehensive assessment scores of the two groups were compared,and a self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to understand students’satisfaction with the CBL combined with PBL teaching method.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the assessment scores of professional theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher assessment scores for clinical operation skills,case analysis ability,case writing ability and English application ability,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The questionnaire survey results indicated that more than 90.91%(60/66)of students believed that the CBL combined with PBL teaching method could assisted in understanding theoretical knowledge,improved problem analysis skills,cultivated students’subjective initiative,enhanced teamwork ability,and improved clinical operation ability.They supported the use of CBL combined with PBL teaching method.Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in orthopedic clinical teaching can improve students’learning effects and cultivate their comprehensive clinical practice abilities.
