摘  要:目的 探讨BOPPPS结合任务驱动教学法在静脉输液教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年3―4月北京卫生职业学院2021级护理专业的77名护生为研究对象。通过抛硬币法将39名护生设为试验组,将37名护生设为对照组。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用BOPPPS结合任务驱动教学法。教学结束后,采用考核成绩和自主学习能力评分量表评价2组护生的学习效果。结果 教学后,试验组的理论成绩和考核成绩总分均高于对照组[(48.04±4.03)分vs.(36.73±11.15)分,(94.49±4.80)分vs.(82.09±12.91)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组的操作成绩高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组在自主学习能力评分量表的各项得分和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在静脉输液教学中应用BOPPPS结合任务驱动教学法,可以提高护生的考核成绩,有利于培养其自主学习能力。Objective To explore the application effect of the BOPPPS combined with task-driven teaching method in the teaching of intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 77 nursing students from the 2021 grade in the Beijing Health Vocational College from March to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,39 nursing students were selected as the experimental group and 37 nursing students were selected as the control group by coin toss method.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method and the experimental group adopted BOPPPS combined with task-driven teaching method.After the teaching,the assessment results and independent learning ability scale were used to evaluate the learning effect of the 2 groups of nursing students.Results After teaching,the theoretical scores and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(48.04±4.03)points vs.(36.73±11.15)points,(94.49±4.80)points vs.(82.09±12.91)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operational skills scores of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total scores and scores of each subscales of independent learning ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS combined with task-driven teaching method can improve the assessment results of nursing students and help cultivate their self-learning ability.
