摘  要:目的 探究与分析视频反馈联合模块教学在新生儿教学工作中的应用。方法 选取2020年3月—2021年4月滨州医学院附属医院接受新生儿教学的120名医学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,各60名,对照组给予模块教学法,观察组实施视频反馈联合模块教学。2组均连续教学6个月,对比2组医学生操作考核成绩、临床实践能力评分及医学生对教学课程的满意度。结果 教学后,观察组操作考核成绩和临床实践能力评分,分别为(85.66±2.98)分、(86.44±3.01)分,均高于对照组的(80.98±3.14)分、(81.98±2.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组医学生的各项临床实践能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组医学生对教学模式和学习效果的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 视频反馈联合模块教学在新生儿教学工作中的应用可促进提高医学生的临床实践能力及教学成绩,同时也能够提高医学生的教学满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application of video feedback joint module teaching in neonatal teaching.Methods A total of 120 students who came to Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected to receive neonatal teaching,and the random number table method was used to divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 60 students in each group,the control group was given a modular teaching method,and the observation group implemented video feedback joint module teaching,and both groups taught continuously for 6 months,comparing the operation assessment results and clinical practice ability scores of the two groups of medical students before and after teaching,and comparing the satisfaction of the two groups of medical students with the teaching courses.Results After teaching,the scores of operation assessment and clinical practice ability in the observation group were(85.66±2.98)points and(86.44±3.01)points respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(80.98±3.14)points and(81.98±2.87)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of clinical practice ability of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical students in the observation group with the teaching mode and learning effect were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video feedback combined module teaching in neonatal teaching can promote the improvement of clinical practice ability and teaching performance of medical students,and also improve the teaching satisfaction of medical students.
