摘 要:目的探讨临床路径教学法(clinical pathway teaching method,CPTM)在全科定向住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年9月在重庆医科大学附属永川医院内分泌科进行全科定向住培的67名医师作为研究对象,按照入科时间顺序将其分为试验组(n=33)和对照组(n=34)。试验组施行CPTM教学法,对照组施行传统教学法。比较2组全科定向住培医师出科时的基础理论和临床实践成绩,并评价教学质量。结果 试验组的基础理论和临床实践成绩分别为(90.42±1.24)分和(86.35±1.23)分,高于对照组[(88.09±0.88)分、(81.53±0.64)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);试验组激发学习兴趣、自学能力的提升、理论知识掌握的提升、实操技术的提升、团队协调能力的提升及总体质量的分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 在住培中应用CPTM教学法可以提高全科定向住培医师的专业基础理论知识、临床诊疗能力、教学质量,为社区及基层医院输送优秀的医学人才。Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway teaching method in the standardized training of general practitioner oriented residents.Methods A total of 67 physicians who underwent general practitioner oriented residency training at the department of endocrinology of the Affiliated Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as research subjects,and divided into the experimental group(n=33)and the control group(n=34)according to the time sequence of entering the department.The experimental group adopted the clinical pathway teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The basic theory and clinical practice scores of the two groups of general practioner oriented residents when leaving the hospital were compared,and the teaching quality was evaluated.Results The basic theory and clinical practice scores of the experimental group were(90.42±1.24)points and(86.35±1.23)points respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(88.09±0.88)points and(81.53±0.64)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of the experimental group in terms of stimulating learning interest,improvement of self-learning ability,rise of mastery of theoretical knowledge,increase of practical operation skills,growth of team coordination ability,and overall quality are all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of the clinical pathway teaching method in residency training can improve the professional basic theoretical knowledge,clinical diagnosis and treatment ability and the quality of teaching of general practitioner oriented residents,and can provide excellent medical talents to community and primary hospitals.
