摘 要:研究生作为助教参与本科生教学是研究生培养的重要环节,有助于提高研究生综合素质。在全国大思政教育环境背景下,了解和提升研究生助教的课程思政能力势在必行。通过对河北医科大学基础医学各专业研究生助教进行问卷调查,发现其对课程思政理解不够深刻,并且与专业课融合能力欠缺,这严重影响了课程育人效果,也阻滞了高校课程思政建设的进程。因此,文章从“培养师德修养与教育情怀”“强化课程思政意识”“明确本科生课程教学目标”“参与学科课程思政建设”“协助教师参与指导本科生课外活动”“加强制度导向,建设科学评价体系”六个方面分析了提升医学研究生助教课程思政能力的有效途径,以期提高医学研究助教授课的育人功能,实现研究生和本科生的双重育人效应,同时为相关领域提供一定的借鉴和启示。The participation of graduate students as teaching assistants in undergraduate teaching is an important part of graduate education,which helps to improve the overall quality of graduate students.In the context of the national ideological and political education environment,it is imperative to understand and enhance the curriculum ideological and political abilities of graduate teaching assistants.A questionnaire survey was conducted among graduate assistants of basic medicine in Hebei Medical University,it was found that they had insufficient understanding of curriculum ideological and political education,and lacked the ability to integrate with professional courses,which seriously affects the effectiveness of curriculum education and also hinders the process of ideological and political education in universities.Therefore,this article analyzes the effective ways to improve the ideological and political ability of medical graduate teaching assistant courses from six aspects:“cultivating teachers’moral cultivation and educational feelings”“strengthening the ideological and political consciousness of courses”“clarifying the teaching objectives of undergraduate courses”“participating in the ideological and political construction of subject courses”“assisting teachers to participate in guiding undergraduate extracurricular activities”“strengthening the system orientation and building a scientific evaluation system”,in order to enhance the educational function of medical graduate teaching assistants,and achieve a dual educational effect for both graduate and undergraduate students,while providing useful references and insights for related fields.
