摘 要:医院实习是临床药学专业教育中最后一个阶段,也是临床药学专业学生向临床药师角色转变的关键环节。文章从临床药学专业学生的实习带教问题出发,概述了国内外临床药学专业的培养模式与发展方向,指出专业实践在培养临床药学专业学生中的核心作用,并分析了国内实习带教工作中存在的培养体系不统一、学生实践能力不足等问题。重点介绍目前国内临床药学专业学生医院实习的带教模式,按“临床思维建立”“临床场景构建”“科研能力培养”“智能平台应用”等教学目标将现有临床药学专业医院实习的教学模式分类总结,并分析探讨各自的优缺点及适用性,以期为各教学医院在进行临床药学专业学生的实习带教时提供借鉴与参考,推动临床药学实践教育体系的完善。Hospital practice is the last stage in the education of clinical pharmacy,and it is also the key link in the transformation of clinical pharmacy students to the role of clinical pharmacists.Based on the practice teaching of clinical pharmacy students,this paper summarizes the training mode and development direction of clinical pharmacy at home and abroad,points out the core role of professional practice in the training of clinical pharmacy students,and analyzes the problems existing in the practice teaching work in China,such as the inconsistency of training system and the lack of students’practical ability.This article focuses on the current teaching mode of clinical pharmacy students in hospital practice in China.According to the teaching objectives of“clinical thinking establishment”“clinical scene construction”“scientific research ability training”and“intelligent platform application”“the existing teaching modes”of clinical pharmacy students in hospital practice are classified and summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages and applicability are analyzed and discussed,so as to provide reference for each teaching hospital in the practice teaching of clinical pharmacy students,and promote the improvement of clinical pharmacy practice education system.
