摘 要:目的:探究实施思维导图+角色体验教学模式在急诊科实习护生医学—法律培训过程中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月于德阳市人民医院实习的54名急诊科实习护生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各27人。对照组实施常规教学方式,研究组在对照组基础上实施思维导图+角色体验的教学方式,比较两组实习护生出科考试成绩(理论成绩、操作成绩)、评判性思维能力[评判性思维倾向测量表(CTDI-CV)]及教学满意度。结果:出科时,研究组实习护生理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.080、5.696,P<0.001);出科时,研究组实习护生评判性思维能力各维度及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.946、3.477、2.819、2.591、3.357、3.329、3.151、3.483,P<0.05);出科时,研究组实习护生教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(校正后的χ^(2)=4.800,P<0.05)。结论:在急诊科实习护生医学—法律培训过程中采用思维导图+角色体验模式可有效提升其出科考试成绩、评判性思维能力及教学满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of mind mapping+role experience teaching model in medical and legal training of nursing students in emergency department.Methods:54 nurse interns in Emergency Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 27 in each group.The control group implemented the conventional teaching method,and the research group implemented the mind mapping+role experience teaching method on the basis of the control group.The exam scores(theoretical scores,operational scores),critical thinking ability(CTDI-CV)and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in theoretical and operational assessment(t=7.080,5.696;P<0.001).The scores and overall performance of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=3.946,3.477,2.819,2.591,3.357,3.329,3.151,3.483;P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)correction=4.800,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind mapping+role experience mode in the medical and legal training of nursing students in Emergency Department can effectively improve their exam scores,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.
