摘 要:目的:探讨基于案例教学法(CBL)联合情景模拟教学模式在护理专科生妇产科临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月—2019年6月于首都医科大学良乡教学医院实习的78名护理学专业学生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=38)。观察组采用CBL联合情景模拟教学模式,对照组采用传统以讲授为基础的教学法,对比两组学生考试成绩、及格率、优秀率以及学生自我导向学习能力量表(SDLINS)评分情况。结果:试验组学生的考核分数、及格率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.062、3.317,χ^(2)=8.046、13.306;P<0.05)。试验组学生学习动机、人际沟通方面和SDLINS总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=-2.058、-3.708、-3.406,P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合情景模拟教学模式有助于培养学生的学习兴趣,提升其妇产科理论与操作的水平,改善其沟通能力,提高教学质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with scenario simulation teaching method in clinical practice teaching of gynecology for nursing students.Methods:A total of 78 nursing students who practiced in Liangxiang Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=38)with random number table method.The observation group adopted CBL combined situational simulation teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching-based teaching method.The test scores,pass rates,excellence rates and SDLINS scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The test scores and passing rates of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.062,3.317;χ^(2)=8.046,13.306;P<0.05).The scores of learning motivation,interpersonal communication and SDLINS in experimental group were higher than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(Z=-2.058,-3.708,-3.406;P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method is helpful to cultivate students’interest in learning,improve their theoretical and practical level in obstetrics and gynecology,improve communication skills,and improve teaching quality.
