摘 要:目的探讨基于“雨课堂”和案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的混合式教学模式在烧伤外科课程中的应用效果。方法选取2022至2023年进入南昌大学第一附属医院轮转的177名本科临床医学学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验教学组(n=88)与传统教学组(n=89)。传统教学组采用CBL,试验教学组采用“雨课堂”和CBL混合式教学模式,比较两组学生考核成绩、学生对教学模式评分,调查试验教学组学生对“雨课堂”和CBL的混合式教学模式的同意情况。结果试验教学组基础知识题、临床应用题、案例分析题成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验教学组中,72名学生完全同意“雨课堂”和CBL的混合式教学模式可“提高自主学习能力”;71名学生对“之前了解雨课堂+CBL教学模式”完全不同意。试验教学组教学态度、教学方法、教学手段及学习收获评分均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组教学内容评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论“雨课堂”和CBL混合式教学模式更适合烧伤课程教学的发展,有利于加深师生间的互动交流,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生主动学习的习惯,锻炼学生的临床思维和实践能力,提高学生理论及实践成绩,且学生对该模式教学满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode based on"rain classroom"and case-based learning(CBL)in burn surgery course.Methods 177 undergraduate clinical medical students who entered the rotation of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from 2022 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the experimental teaching group(n=88)and the traditional teaching group(n=89)according to the random number table method.The traditional teaching group adopted CBL,and the experimental group adopted the mixed teaching mode of"rain classroom"and CBL method.The examination results and the scores of students on the teaching model were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of students to the mixed teaching mode of"rain classroom"and CBL in the experimental teaching group was investigated.Results The scores of basic knowledge questions,clinical application questions and case analysis questions in the experimental teaching group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental teaching group,72 students fully agree that the mixed teaching mode of"rain classroom"and CBL can"improve the ability of independent learning";71 students completely disagreed with the"understanding of rain classroom+CBL teaching mode".The scores of teaching attitude,teaching methods,teaching methods and learning gains in the experimental teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in teaching content score between the two groups.Conclusion The mixed teaching mode of"rain classroom"and CBL method is more suitable for the development of burn course teaching,which is conducive to deepening the interaction between teachers and students,stimulating students interest in learning,cultivating students habit of active learning,exercising students'clinical thinking and practical ability,improving st
