摘 要:当前我国正处于教育数字化转型的关键时期,人工智能正在以多种手段全面融入教育,这给高校外语教师专业能力发展带来新的挑战。立足人工智能时代高校外语教师专业能力呈现的新特征和内容,从教师数字技术使用能力、数字资源应用能力、促进学生学习能力、开展教学评估能力、专业持续发展能力五个维度构建了高校外语教师专业能力模型,同时对陕西高校外语教师专业能力进行了测评,发现教师专业持续发展能力优势明显,但是数字资源应用能力还多有不足。为此,从教育行政管理部门、高校管理和教师个人三个方面提出推动高校外语教师专业能力发展的对策和建议。In the current critical phase of digital transformation of education in China,artificial intelligence(AI)is presenting new challenges to the professional development of foreign language teachers(FLT)in universities.Based on the new characteristics and content of professional competence of FLT in universities in the era of AI,a professional competence model for FLT in universities was constructed from five dimensions:digital technology utilization ability,digital resource application ability,student learning facilitation ability,teaching evaluation ability,and professional sustainable development ability.The professional competence of foreign language teachers in universities in Shaanxi Province was then evaluated.It was found that while the advantage of teachers’professional sustainable development ability is evident,their capacity to apply digital resources remains inadequate.Consequently,strategies and suggestions are proposed to promote the professional development of FLT in universities from three aspects:educational administrative management departments,university management,and individual teachers,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for the professional growth of FLT in the context of artificial intelligence and digital transformation of education.
