摘  要:以高职临床医学专业必修课程临床实践技能中的呼吸系统疾病诊疗技术项目为例,从教学设计的理论基础、实施策略、学习成效、创新特色及反思改进5个维度,采用混合式BOPPPS教学设计框架与“四境五步”教学法,深度融合数字教学优势,进行系统的教学设计与实践探索,旨在增强课程教学效果,促进学生专业技能与综合素养的提升,同时丰富岗位胜任力培养的理论与实践体系内容。Taking the diagnosis and treatment technology project for respiratory disease in the clinical practice skills of respiratory courses in higher vocational clinical medicine as an example,this study adopts a mixed BOPPPS teaching design framework and the"four environment five step"teaching method from five dimensions:theoretical basis,implementation strategy,learning effectiveness,innovative characteristics,and reflective improvement.It deeply integrates the advantages of digital teaching and conducts systematic teaching design and practical exploration,aiming to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the course to promote the improvement of students′professional skills and comprehensive literacy,and enrich the theoretical and practical system content of post competence cultivation.
