摘　　要：目的对医学生临床思维现状进行问卷调查,探究影响其临床思维的因素。方法采用分层整群抽样法选取怀化市某三级甲等医院临床医学生为研究对象,采用自制的量表进行调查。结果不同身份(见习生、实习生、规培生)医学生临床思维能力有差异(P<0.05);每周病史采集次数、平均每月参与科室或教学临床病例分析讨论的次数与医学生临床思维能力有正相关性,实习生、有亲属从事临床医学相关工作及选择临床医学专业原因为实现人生价值的医学生临床思维能力较强(P<0.05)。结论每周病史采集次数等是医学生临床思维的影响因素,医学教育者应注重医学生临床思维的培养,以提高其临床思维能力。Objective To conduct a questionnaire survey on the status of medical students′clinical thinking and explore the factors that affect their clinical thinking.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select clinical medical students from a Grade-A hospital in Huaihua City as the research subjects,and a self-made scale was used for investigation.Results The medical students′clinical thinking ability with different identities(practicer,interns,and standardized trainees)was being(P<0.05).The qu-antity of weekly medical history collections and the average quantity of analysis and discussion of clinical cases in each department or teaching each month are being related to the clinical thinking ability of medical students.Medical students who are interns and being relatives engaged in clinical medicine correlation work and choose clinical medicine majors for the purpose of realizing the value of life have strong clinical thinking ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The frequency of weekly medical history collection and other factors are influencing factors of medical students′clinical thinking.Medical educators should pay attention to the cultivation of medical students′clinical thinking to improve their clinical thinking ability.
